Checked and repaired wall light fixture Dale arrived on time and got right to work taking apart and repairing our wall fixture. The scheduler at Certified had smartly recommended we have new fixtures on hand in case the old ones could not be repaired. Luckily the old one could be repaired but I thought the recommendation a good and and it eliminated the possibility of a 2nd service call. We will return the purchased fixtures. This was the 2nd time we have used Certified and have been very satisfied with their work

This includes our Service Advisors (all of whom are electricians) making suggestions to minimize expense to our clients. Unlike many other firms, our staff members are not commission-based so there is no incentive to upsell unnecessary work or lengthen the time necessary to perform a project.
Removed tw0 8 foot florescent light fixtures. Add one outlet. Hang two LED shop lights. Eric arrived when he said he would. He completed the job in a professional manner. I would us him again.

Checked my electrical outlets and fuse box; listened to my list of concerns and checked into each and offered his advice. Excellent. I had an outlet with the prongs of a broken plug stuck in it - he removed the prongs and checked the outlet. I had another with a dodgy Reset button - he checked it and suggested that it be replaced. I had a ceiling fan with a broken light fixture - he made an initial examination and offered suggestions on how it could be fixed. Rewired several electrical outlets that had been improperly done by a previous contractor. Jesse from CET came out to look at an electrical issue, was able to diagnose quickly and re-wire a bunch of outlets that were improperly put in by a previous contractor. Worked fast, kept me informed and whole time and did a really great job,

Installed a surge protector. Went great. Dave showed up before 9 and took less than 30 minutes to install new breakers and the surge protector. He explained what he was doing in a clear manner.

Electrical House Safety Inspection Jesse Rosenthal performed the safety inspection. He called prior to arriving and was very professional. He performed a thorough inspection of our house (including the garage, basement, and outside) and took time to explain not only what he was doing and why, but what he found and the recommendation to fix (if necessary). We think that the AL 10 Point Electrical Safety Inspection is an excellent way for homeowners to find out if any electrical safety issues exist and to gain a better understanding of their electrical system. It is also a great bargain at only $89. We look forward to performing the minor repairs that were found to be necessary in the inspection.
Ceiling fan installations Jesse Rosenthal was the electrician sent by CET to fulfill our request for installing multiple ceiling fans. We were given a quote online and it compared favorably compared to other quotes for the time it would take ( approx 4 hours). Jesse was on time, friendly & offered suggestions on the mounting ( flush mounting vs downrod) in the various rooms.
