Installed a new outlet in kitchen Work went very smoothly. Installation was neat. Electrician was very thorough and clean.
Installed a new 220 outlet in kitchen for new stove - old stove was hard wired, no outlet. I'm very happy with the service. Allen Moore showed up on time and quickly got to work. He had to relocate the wire closer to the wall and installed the outlet. I was concerned about the location since the new stove (not delivered yet) had clearance limits near the center, so he repositioned the outlet to the left a bit without any complaint. Fixed electrical outages.
The provider solved my problem on the phone without even coming out. I had a GFI that had tripped. He walked me through the steps and hung on until it was fixed. He saved me money and lots of time. I cannot thank him enough for being so honest and straightforward. I would definitely use the provider again!

The electricity in our house was going on and off without tripping the breakers. CET recommended calling BGE to check the outside wiring, which, if that had been the problem, would have saved us the expense of having CET come. BGE was very impressed that CET might have talked themselves out of a job. The problem was inside so I called CET back. An electrical safety inspection. Chris phoned to say he was on his way and to provide an ETA the afternoon of my appointment. When he arrived he was very professional and courteous. Chris answered all of my questions and made some recommendations for a couple of electrical issues with my home that I asked him about. I would definitely recommend Certified Electrical Technologies and I plan to use them again.
Installed a whole house surge protector. The company was easy to schedule with after I booked the deal. The technician was friendly, helpful, and quick. He installed the surge protector and showed me all about how it was supposed to work. After he was finished he answered several questions I had about common electrical problems we should look out for. We've since used them again for another service and have continued to be pleased.
Ran electric line and installed a ceiling fan in the family room. There wasn't a ceiling box in the room, and CET ran the wire and installed the ceiling fan. I called a couple electricians and CET was the cheapest using their Angie's List coupon. The appointment was scheduled the next day, and the electrician was in and out. Very professional and in our price range.
