They were prompt in answering questions and after filling out 3 applications we got it done pretty fast and closed.
I didn't like talking with a different representative every time I called. The reps were polite, professional and knowledgeable. But I felt like I was having to explain the same requests over each time I called PENNYMAC. I did not like having to talk to a different individual every time I called.
More communication once I said ok with loan could not get help with questions sometimes no return email till next day my credit report was pulled twice which made my credit drop

Erika, Cesar, Janet, and the title company all made the process very easy. The estimated amount of cash back was different than the actual amount we got but after it was explained we better understood why the amount changed. I enjoy working with PENNYMAC and that is why I refi’d with them.
