Cesar was great. He deserves the top ratings. The title people not so much. They took long, asked for things over and over, did not care that they were coming up close to the cutoff date for closing. They need to have some customer service training.
We did this refi to release 4 acres and that did not happen and now are fighting to get it released. I am not happy with this at all.
