I have always been happy with both of my experiences with PennyMac. I am pleased with how they communicate and conduct themselves.
Everything went well. There were several issues after the initial closing with missing signatures and name issues (my wife's last name was not correct on many of the documents). We had to work with the title company to sign several documents after the loan closing was complete. However, this all had to do with the title company - everything from PennyMac was great.
After the paperwork was corrected the process went quickly.
It took forever and lots of issues with loan.
I had a great experience refinancing my loan.
