Things went well
Cesar and his team did a real good job. I was frustrated with how long it took for the appraiser to provide Cesar and his team the necessary documents that was needed for us to close when I expected we would close.
Not having several different people telling me several different things..documents or disclosures never matched what was initially talked about. My closing statements even said one closing amount and at the closing table was another. Still waiting for a supervisor to co tact me about my loan now..several different answers on whether or not to pay my March payment that is getting paid off..now I have Incurred a late fee which aggravates me. Noone will answer me and when I called I was on hold for 1 hour and 5 mins
As I had stated on the previous survey I submitted regarding my loan/closing, I have never been given an answer that I felt fully explained why my new loan docs had to include my legally separated Spouses name as a non-borrowing owner? The reasoning for even obtaining this equity cash out refi was due to the courts ruling that I was to pay legally separated spouse her rightful half of equity on current home value as a result of recording our legal separation. 98% of the refi proceeds went to her. I called several times a week to keep the process moving. I hit a road bump with my his lease. I had the same lease when I got the initial mortgage in 2019 as we as when I refinanced in 2020. It was clear no one on the underwriting team had the time to actually review the paperwork or previous applications
