Great and quick refinance with knowledgeable and friendly loan officers
It was fairly easy and working with Ceasar was great he took the time out when I called and he always called me back.
Satisfied in all areas except for the ability to shop for my own title insurance and my own closing agent. Definitely, disappointed in those two areas. Everything else I would give very high marks.
Easy process. Asked for some information multiple times but really wasn’t that huge of a deal. Only thing I would change if at closing instead of providing copies of the documents that are clients they are placed on a CD or Zip drive. Makes the process that much cleaner saves on paper for the Notary and it can be easily uploaded and saved electronically.
Refi was quick and painless. Only glitch was I ended up closing twice because something was messed up in the original documents. No problem. Closing was done in my house and each instance only took about 30 minutes each
The electronic "to-do" emails checklist worked great!
I tend to stress out all the details. I felt bad because I had a gazillion questions every step of the way, but Caesar was awesome and very patient. Very prompt to return calls and made sure I was comfortable with his answers.
This was a very pleasant experience. It was quick, accurate, and I literally had no questions because they were answered before I could ask them. Thank you for such a professional, warm and pleasant experience.
