I had a great experience very thankful to Cesar he was very helpful,informative and professional.
So fast to refi our loan. Seriously. I called on Oct. 1. Three weeks later our new loan was funded. Great rate and we’ll save so much over the life of the loan.
PennyMac Loan Services handled my refinance quickly and professionally. They were there to answer all of my questions. However, while signing closing papers we realized that a mistake had been made on my name on about half of the papers. I think this was a mistake on the banks part, and not PennyMac, but I do not know for sure. Now we will likely have to redo our refinance process or at least do a quitclaim deed, which is frustrating.
The whole loan process was very smooth and Cesar is on top of his game thank you for the wonderful experience. Richard Arcand

Julia and Cesar were great! There was a issue the day of close. I called Cesar and he resolved it immediately! Thanks Cesar...
We were suppose to close and the documents were wrong the first time. Then they came back and we signed the documents and we got paper work from old loan stating we owe money .When i called the first documents were never done and they reschedule closing again and it finally is done. It had nothing to do with Cesare . But everything is good now . I question the first person we were dealing with did not do a good job. But after that it was great .
It was fast, well explained, no hidden agendas, professional, courteous and will use your service for my next home or business.
