Their were to many people involved ,I couldn't get answers or have emails replied to .I tried very hard to get my flood insurance changed but still have not been able to which would save me half ,
The Pennymac process was amazingly simple, clearly and reasonably explained. Every question asked was directly answered - no gray areas! Very straight forward and each step delivered as promised. So incredibly impressed with the staff, updates and follow up. Absolutely customer service based!
Everyone that I spoke with was polite and very thorough in their explanations they were patient when I needed help understanding something. Their follow through was great. While I was waiting for the process to go through Cesar sent emails every couple of days telling me that they had everything they needed everything was in good order, there was nothing more to be done and we were just waiting for the process to complete but if I had any questions to please call him. I loved that!

I was shopping around for loans when PennyMac (my current lender) called me and asked to be able to compete. Then PennyMac dragged their feet getting the loan approved. The communication wasn't great but the loan rep apologized for that. We started the application on 9/29 and we didn't sign final papers until 11/12 and the loan wasn't paid off until 11/18! The only great part is when I left a bad survey, their QA dept called to make it right. I appreciated that.
