Chad was the second agent to take on a listing for my deceased father's home. He has a wonderful market approach far superior to any agent in that area in my opinion, He sold the house in 60 days and during that period had 7 more showings than the previous agent/company. I would highly recommend anyone selling or buying real estate in that area to sit down and talk to Chad first!

The reasons Chad is the top realtor in the Brainerd Lakes area is because he is very knowledegeable on the local real estate market, he employs a broad portfolio of leading edge marketing tools, and because he is so reponsive that he almost makes you feel like you are his only client. I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about selling (or buying) in this difficult real estate market.

Chad Schwendeman really exceeded our expectations when we sold our lake home on Gull Lake. Best ever, we had a cabin in an Association, with The Right of First Refusal, everyone was going on vacation, including our Attorney, but Chad stayed on top of everything and got the sale through.

We used Chad to sell our home in a market that was very difficult to sell in and overrun with homes in our price range. Chad told us he would get it sold quickly and he did so in an amazing short amount of time - 2 months. I have worked with many agents in the past but Chad is in a league all his own. Both my wife and I would highly recommend using him to represent you in either buying or selling a house. You will be glad you did.
