She did a great job at understanding what we were looking for and finding a house that matched our needs. She was able to negotiate the needed requests. She was on time, responsive, and great to work with. This was truly a 5 star experience.
Rod was great to work with! he took the time to help with questions and house showings regardless of his schedule. He was very quick getting back to us with any questions we had. We are very grateful for all his wonderful help on our journey to find our forever home! We would highly recommend him!
We worked with Adam Kalenberg at Exit Reality to sell our condo in Breezy Point and I would highly recommend him as a real estate agent. We initially started with another real estate agent and after not selling for a year, we were contacted by Chad Schwendeman's agency. Since our initial contract had expired, we called Exit Reality, spoke with Adam and decided to sign with them. We were immediately impressed with the level of communication, advertising and professionalism. He put our listing out in numerous publications and ... read more
Amanda did a terrific job! Always returning calls and has a great work ethic. Amanda is the Realtor you expect to get, but rarely do. The presale process sold my home very quickly and at full price. Closed early and on time and on Budget.
Randa and Wes are super easy to work with, very knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions I have. They were the first to respond when i started my home search. I highly recommend working with them.
Rod helped me and my boyfriend find our first home and even with a few bumps in the road, he made sure he was there every step of the way! Made the process as painless as possible and very quick in response when we had any questions! Would highly recommend his services to others in their home search process!
Amanda has been a great agent. Very responsive and easy to get ahold of, has walked us through our home selling experience with ease. We had a buyer within two weeks of listing our home with her and their entire process is professional and simple.
We were so lucky to have Amanda Lumley list our mother’s house for us. She was there to help with advice and so many other things. Amanda is very full service for her clients. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of listing their home to at least meet with her for comprehensive information about the market/ their home (rest assured, there’s no “hard sell” to worry about). Check her out and you will not settle for anyone less. Amanda is super courteous, prompt, efficient, competent, knowledgeable and, of course, the consu... read more
Our agent Jeff Isom went above and beyond for us. We closed while out of town with lots of extra problems to work out before closing he took care of things we were not able to do because of distance. We never felt left out of the loop and had full confidence in the Schwendeman Group throughout the process.
