We worked with Randa to purchase our lake cabin. Randa was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She was available for showings on short notice. She worked with us to provide assistance through the inspection process and for some repairs after the purchase. I recommend Randa for help when buying your home.
Sold my house in a short period of time. Lots of showings! Closing was so easy and quick! I would recommend Exit Realty to sell your home. Lots of Marketing goes in to sell your home.
It was a pleasure to work with Adam. He Is very knowledgeable and was with us in every step of the way and in the negotiations. He helped us get an awesome deal on a lake property. He and his team answered our questions in a timely fashion and were very professional. I would recommend Adam to anyone who is looking to purchase a home in the Brainerd Lakes area.
It was a very smoot, easy process selling my home through Chad Schwendeman. I was moving out of state, they got things rolling and sold my house just as we were moving. They made it very easy to close remotely. I appreciated all efforts put into the sale of my home through Exit Lakes Realty.
Amanda was extremely responsive and available at a minutes notice. She was very knowledgeable about market values and the negotiation process. We are very happy with our house and because she was available we were able to get an offer in on a house that had 3 offers in less than 8hrs.
We are very happy to have worked with Amanda! She was 'on it' from the start until the end an made sure that everything went smoothly. Even with somewhat impatient clients like us she still managed to reassure us and make us feel taken care of during the process. It is very obvious that Amanda is in this job for the right reasons: she loves to take care of her clients and she absolutely loves her job! We would not hesitate to refer Amanda to everyone who is looking to find an agent in the area! THANK YOU AMANDA! :)
Adam was great through the whole process from start to finish , always responded to questions and concerns quickly and does an amazing job.He is honest and upfront about everything
We had not sold a house in 25 plus years so we had a steep learning curve. Adam was knowledgeable, attentive and easy to work with. Our experience was positive from start to finish. I would give Adam and Exit Realty our highest recommendation
Randa and Matt went above and beyond, walking us through the decision making, showing us great alternative options, and most important helped us focus on our families wants and needs. We had fun and were successful!
