We were not sure of who we would list our home through. But am glad that we choose EXIT Lakes Realty Premier. We bought and sold our homes on the same day. We will look to them to list again if we plan to sell in the far future.

Could not be happier with the service we received from Randa. We called her Sunday morning for a viewing of a house and she got us in that afternoon. The next day we made an offer! The experience was pleasant, professional, and never once felt pushed or pressured. If she was going to be unavailable she notified you prior and left a contact just in case you had any questions. Would definitely buy a house through her again!!

The staff at Chad Schwendeman Exit Reality was wonderful to me when I first walked into the door. They called for a agent to help me and Jackie Talmo came out right away and introduce herself to me. Jackie and her staff are awesome they work quickly with me to find the house I wanted. Jackie answered all of my questions. Chad and his Team helped us sell our home in 2015, and purchase our new home. The entire experience was great. We were provided with updates along the way, our questions were answered in a very timely manner, and they made us feel like we were their only clients. This is the biggest purchase of our lifetime, and knowing we had Chad and his Team on our side was comforting and made the transaction very smooth!

Randa and Josh were most helpful in taking the time to answer questions and make sure we understood the process. They were compassionate and patient knowing this was my wife's and my first home purchase. While looking at homes around the state we found one in the Breezy Point area and called the Schwendeman agency and reached Amanda Lumley-Reichenbach. Her knowledge and understanding as well as all the assistance since has made this process move along and made us feel like we choose the best agency in the area. We have dealt with other realtors and she stands out.

Chad is amazing at his work, which for him is a calling. After moving to Michigan, I needed to sell my home in Minnesota; I wasn't available and he needed to work around (and with) tenants who had no incentive to help me sell. He gave amazing advice, wooed the tenants, was communicating constantly with all parties, and devised strategies to help every party feel like they were coming out on top. The tenants cooperated. I sold my house. I got a price that made me happy.
