Our Realtor Chad Rasinski was awesome. We told him what we were looking for and he had 6 houses set up for us to look at within a week and he worked around our schedule and showed us houses on Saturday. He was available for questions any day or time of the week. Process went so smooth and we were in our new house in a little over a month. Thanks Chad!!
Randa was very professional and she was patient with us as we looked at numerous properties until we found the right fit for us. Once we found this house Exit Lakes was very helpful with assisting us with insurance and other services, as we are new to the area.
Good marketing, good follow up. Think we were on edge of target geographic market. Started out with price too high. Good news is no pressure was applied to lower price, but possibly should have been more strategic and lowered quicker.
Randa & Wes were a great team. We looked at several cabins before we found "The One". We could only look on weekends and they were very flexible. We would highly recommend them!
Cayle our realtor was very helpful with finding lake homes that were within our budget and met our families needs and wants. We appreciate that Cayle was quick to respond to all of the questions that we had.
