Jackie was a pleasure to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and did a lot of work up front so that our search was efficient and successful. We were coming from out of state so this was very important to us. She is very familiar with the area, contracts, inspections, etc. The process was easy and we are thrilled with the purchase we made. We had been looking at properties for years with no success. Chris was outstanding! He was great at communicating details about properties, the Brainerd area, and helping us through the home buying process. Working with Randa was a pleasure, she made the whole process totally simple and easy to follow. Her knowledge and expertise of the home buying process and local pricing were unmatched.
