The Chad Schwendeman Real Estate Group is the only logical choice in the Brainerd lakes Area to buy or sell a home with. They are experts in what they do, they have the most resources and connections of any real estate company in the area. I give Chad 5 stars across the board!! Calls back in minutes no matter what time or day. Always has the answer or will find it. Bought some land through last year. Smooth transaction even on a weekend. I wouldn't deal with anyone else. He gets the job done. No bull, no beating around the bush, just action. I'll call chad and recommend him with confidence.

We were not sure of who we would list our home through. But am glad that we choose EXIT Lakes Realty Premier. We bought and sold our homes on the same day. We will look to them to list again if we plan to sell in the far future.

Could not be happier with the service we received from Randa. We called her Sunday morning for a viewing of a house and she got us in that afternoon. The next day we made an offer! The experience was pleasant, professional, and never once felt pushed or pressured. If she was going to be unavailable she notified you prior and left a contact just in case you had any questions. Would definitely buy a house through her again!!

The staff at Chad Schwendeman Exit Reality was wonderful to me when I first walked into the door. They called for a agent to help me and Jackie Talmo came out right away and introduce herself to me. Jackie and her staff are awesome they work quickly with me to find the house I wanted. Jackie answered all of my questions. Chad and his Team helped us sell our home in 2015, and purchase our new home. The entire experience was great. We were provided with updates along the way, our questions were answered in a very timely manner, and they made us feel like we were their only clients. This is the biggest purchase of our lifetime, and knowing we had Chad and his Team on our side was comforting and made the transaction very smooth!
