Chad pays attention to EVERY detail. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes the buying and selling experience personal. our house was on mls for two summers. we wanted to try another realtor so we called Chad at Exit Lakes Realty. Chad came to our house and made a couple of suggestions that would help us sell our home. before we even completed them , he called and said he would like to show our home. three days later, Chad called and said he had an offer on our house. the paper work was completed, the improvements were made, and we started the moving process. Chad was amazing! He got us into our first home in less than two weeks! He listened to all our concerns and took us out. In a matter of two hours we had toured three fabulous homes that each met ALL of our requirements. All that was left was for us to pick our favorite. -- So much better than our previous experience with realtors!

During a trip to northern MN we met Randa Haug and advised her we were looking for a summer home on a lake in the area. She came back with a list of possibilities. We did a drive by the next day of the houses and picked out the 7 we were most interested in. The following day Randa took us to each of these houses. She provided us with suitable information on each. We did not find the right house that first day and so Randa took us to additional homes. All of Chad's Staff are VERY helpful from start to finish when buying a home. They are always upbeat, you can just feel it through out the office. When we needed to research about wood foundations my Agent was helpful in every way, and really going the extra mile. She went back to the property with me two more times to check things out. When it comes to customer service, they are great.
