I had a very good experience everything went well no issues. The purchase of my house was very easy also purchased land through their company all went well with that too.
Cayle Winkler did an unbelievable job helping us with the history of the house and his expertise was top notch. He truly understands the area and home pricing.
David Grell helped us during a home buying process. He was very patient with us as first time home buyers, and was very knowledgeable. He helped us find a great home and negotiated a great price. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and plan on using him again in the future!
I spoke with Chad Razinski to obtain some information to help me decide weather to sell my house or to rent it out after work had relocated my family and I out of state. His advice was very helpful and much appreciated
We used Adam Kalenberg for the sale of our home in Brainerd. He sold it before it was even officially on the market. Smooth process with no issues. Great job!
Great service. Always available to answer any question big or small. Knowledgeable in his field. Looked at many different houses in our range. Was respectful of how much we wanted to spend.
We workied with Jackie Talmo on Chad's team. She did a great job! Very responsive, knowledgeable, and fun to work with! She worked hard for us and got us into a home for viewing before it was open to the market. It helped a lot in this competitive market!
Working with Chad was professional stress-free his local knowledge and expertise were outstanding, he made me feel at ease with every choice that I made and advised me on the best choices.
I was very anxious when I starting looking at buying a house. David Grell was very helpful and knowledgeable with answering questions I had about purchasing a house. He was very responsive with everything and you could tell he cared about you. He turned my anxiety into excitement.
