We worked with Randa Haug in purchasing our new home. We have never had a better experience and couldn't be happier with Randa! We worked directly with David Grell on the sale of our home of 30 years. David made the experience very pleasurable for us and kept our minds at ease. He was a perfect match for us to work with and we loved his sense of humor! He took care of everything and was always there to answer any questions. David sold our house within 6 weeks! Even though he is the owner and President of Exit Realty, he is the most professional, the most responsive, and the most informative agent we have ever dealt with. His entire staff is second to none. I worked with Jamie Zapata in Chad's group. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She always made time for me out of her busy schedule for last minute requests. She listened well to what I wanted in a property and didn't push or try to convince me one way or the other. When it came time to make an offer, she had all the answers to my questions and made the process so easy for me. I would definitely recommend Jamie.

Chad has many years of successful experience. He knows the market and watches the trends very close. During the down year that our home was listed, he worked hard and came up with creative marketing. He is tech savvy and utilizes all of today's complicated media. He advertised our home perfectly. Chad loves his job and it shows. He is always thinking, thinking, thinking. We recommend Exit realty to all our friends that are either looking for a new home or want to sell their existing home.

We had a very excellent experience and professionalism during our house buying experience. We highly recommend them! Randa quickly learned our taste and wants in a house and went above and beyond to find us a house that would fit those needs. Randa was also very easy to contact and was so flexible with her schedule to fit the demands of our busy schedule. Chad and all his associates have given us such a great experience, I could not imagine going with another other agency!
