Chad and his team made the selling process very easy with high levels of communication. The exposure was great with open houses and multiple advertisements listing the property. Everyone involved had our best interest at heart.

Working with Chad was a great experience. If I had to say one that that would separate Chad from the rest it would be his communication. Chad makes sure you are kept informed at all times. He goes out of his way to keep in touch with you and makes the effort to make sure your house is sold and not just a listing.
