Everything went great, we had a slight hiccup at the end but Chaix communicated and resolved everything. It was nice she called at closing to make sure everything went well.

We were unable to reach Chaix when we had questions. At one point in time we were told professionally, Don't call me, I'll call you. I had to send documents in many times because Chaix didn't communicate with Alan on what I had sent him already.
We had one minor issue, other than that things went great.
