The process was repeatedly delayed for document requests after I already had submitted them. When I then requested information and clarification before closing, I repeatedly did NOT receive a return call
Chaix was outstanding. The following comments do not reflect her performance. I was assigned to 4 different loan officers during this process. When it was discovered that there was another person with a similar name that had a lien the issues began. He had a different middle initial and requested documentation was asked of me several times for the same issue. I was told at one point that I did not have a middle initial on my application. The process was pretty easy. I was a little confused on which documents I had already submitted but everything was simple to complete. It all went fairly quickly. I was very satisfied!
Don't ask for documents which are already submitted. Have the rep check first before calling. Happened twice. Then nothing to do with Chaix , but my loan hasn't been setup online yet and now I am waiting on hold for 35 minutes to try and get this resolved......change your messaging as well.....maybe some music. I don't need to hear how pennymac can help me when i can't get through......
