You requested information that did not pertain to me, "Proof that I do not have a mortgage in forbearance". I do not have any mortgages so how could I have a loan in forbearance and this is something that was clear on my application and more than likely on my credit report. When I call and asked what forbearance was, the person on the other end did not know. I looked it up online. There were a few things just like this that took place.

I shouldn't be taking this survey 2 months after the refinance. Penny Mac seems very unorganized.
The process was repeatedly delayed for document requests after I already had submitted them. When I then requested information and clarification before closing, I repeatedly did NOT receive a return call
Chaix was outstanding. The following comments do not reflect her performance. I was assigned to 4 different loan officers during this process. When it was discovered that there was another person with a similar name that had a lien the issues began. He had a different middle initial and requested documentation was asked of me several times for the same issue. I was told at one point that I did not have a middle initial on my application. My overall experience with Penny Mac has been great! been with them for the past seven years and refinanced twice with them went smoothly every time
