Communication didn’t went well , 2 o 3 people asking same . My first application was closed without telling me why ? , then was created a new one
Our first experience was not good, someone dropped the ball and we lost out on a better rate due to that. The second time was absolutely wonderful and we are happy with Pennymac.
Chaix was able to clarify some misinterpretations in the loan and got me on the right track with what I was trying to do.

The experience I had in dealing with Service Link is the only part of the process that was a nightmare. The rest and all dealings directly with PennyMac was excellent!
First, this survey is directed at the performance of Chaix, which was actually a 9 out of 10. Our frustrations were all the other interactions by other people that were actually 2 or 3 out of 10. We had to start the process over based on a lack of communication. It took us from October 3, 2021, to 3/10/2022, I am still not completely sure we received the best possible rate?
