Every person that I dealt with at PM was extremely polite and professional. Here are a few things that I found to be irritating. 1) Back at the end of the year while in the midst of the refi I was notified via e-mail that my application was not approved, my $100 app fee refunded and that was that...........I reached out to Kevin and a few days later I was contacted and it was if we started all over, wound up taking 4 months to refi my existing PM loan to a new PM loan. 2) Too much redundancy, often had multiple people reque... read more

You requested information that did not pertain to me, "Proof that I do not have a mortgage in forbearance". I do not have any mortgages so how could I have a loan in forbearance and this is something that was clear on my application and more than likely on my credit report. When I call and asked what forbearance was, the person on the other end did not know. I looked it up online. There were a few things just like this that took place.

I shouldn't be taking this survey 2 months after the refinance. Penny Mac seems very unorganized.
