The experience I had in dealing with Service Link is the only part of the process that was a nightmare. The rest and all dealings directly with PennyMac was excellent!

First, this survey is directed at the performance of Chaix, which was actually a 9 out of 10. Our frustrations were all the other interactions by other people that were actually 2 or 3 out of 10. We had to start the process over based on a lack of communication. It took us from October 3, 2021, to 3/10/2022, I am still not completely sure we received the best possible rate? Chaix was great at proactively communicating throughout the whole process. She was patient and explained everything perfectly. She was courteous and professional. There was a problem that was no fault of hers, and she was very understanding and remedied the issue quickly. She was great!
