Made a reservation for my husbands birthday - he’s a fanatic for Brazilian steakhouses. LOVED the food. He enjoyed his meal, which is what mattered most to me. Server was nice, but not very engaging. Makes sense since they tip pool, but I would have spent way more money if they made wine lists, cocktail menus, and upgrades more available. I did stipulate in the reservation that it was my husbands birthday and would love for them to make it special. Food was great, everything from the salad bar to the meats served along with the sides. Great drinks and the dessert was fabulous! It is so true what they say..."don't fill up on the salad bar"! The restaurant was kind of dark and with a majority of the restaurant open, it was a bit loud. Other than that nice place to try out.
Had some of my folks in town and wanted a get together to remember. The folks at Chama Gaucha did extraordinary as usual. Great salad bar and perfectly cooked meats. A great way to spend time with colleagues.

Excellent experience as always! The wait staff was absolutely attentive and professional.
My boyfriend and I were very excited to have dinner here, when we first walked in we were greeted nicely and seated very quick then received our drinks and then the food started pouring in. I got my signature favorite bacon wrapped filet mignon and my boyfriend and I talked about a lot and just had a great time the waiters always came to check up on us and it was another great memory for us.
The food and service were excellent. Make sure and treat yourself to a great dinner.
