We were so happy with our first visit here at Chama Gaucha. We booked our table online a week out which was convenient and easy. We were able to park close to the building. Good parking. We were greeted upon entry and immediately taken to our table. The service was phenomenal and unlike any I have ever received. So kind and timely! I took my husband here because it was Father's day weekend and I thought it would be nice to have dinner just us two before we did a family dinner together. I have been to Brazillian restaurants overseas and I think it's very different from in the States. Normally overseas it is usually a romantic quiet place to eat and calm. This was the first time we all were somewhat disappointed, the salad bar had empty space, the meats took along time to come to your table . It was filled to capacity,a lot of crying children. Very disappointing to see the casual dress with shorts and tees along with baseball caps, it’s states dress code as business casual,obviously not on this day. This was by far the best experience I've had in customer service apart from Uchi in Austin. These guys know what there doing. They make great recommendations but are not pushy. There are special touches everywhere. Go and be served!
Best brazilian restaurant in San Antonio
We truly enjoyed the food quality and service. We will plan on returning.
The price is a bit much. But if you don't eat much before you go and stay away from a big salad or the rolls they provide the endless portions of meat is amazing. I left with the meat sweats and I loved every second of it. Great for our date night !!!!
