Delicious food with great service! Chama Gaucha has become our go to Brazilian steakhouse. They have great attention to detail; we requested med rare lamb and picanha, and the people serving both made sure to stop by each time they had a new batch.
I decided to treat my boyfriend to a night at a Brazillian Steakhouse. Considering I had never been to this location, I was anxious to try it. We arrived and waited a few minutes while they got our table ready. It was a busy Friday night, so it was expected. I had a great experience for my first time dining in and for my birthday. Only thing was the waiter mixed up ny bill with another couple's bill from my dinner party. No big deal, I enjoyed the service and food very much.
The food was AMAZING, however our table felt like we were passed by a lot of times & some tables received more, we would have to wave the person delivering the meats to come to our table, even though we had our card on green. Our waiter was excellent he explained everything well and was always there helping us.
Wonderful dinner with my parents. A little something for everyone.

We celebrated our 3 year anniversary here at Chama Guacha. As expected the service was excellent, the food was delicious, the ambiance was perfect. Will definitely come back again
We dine at Chama Gaucha at least once a month and have never been disappointed. Everything is amazing, especially the picana and the ribeye. One of the important keys here, I think, is that the managers watch everything like a hawk. They stay on top of it! And that makes all the difference. And don’t get me started about the salad bar! Nothing else like it in San Antonio.
Excellent place. The service was outstanding, as well as the ambiance. The food and salad bar are the best! Very pleasanly surprised. Exceeded my expectations.
