I love Chama Gaucha. The food, service, and salad bar are outstanding. Something totally out of control that I dislike immensely......, when did people start going to nice restaurants dressed in shorts, baseball caps, flip flops, athletic shoes, etc.? And when did it become ok to allow your child to watch a movie on full volume at his table, play loud video games, etc.? Chama is my husband's Birthday tradition. We have been celebrating his special day with you for 10 years! Thank you for always coming through and making a memorable experience.
They made us feel like royalty, even making it extra special by writing happy anniversary on our dessert plate. The food is amazing and the drinks are delicious (especially the lemonade). I will definitely dine there again and soon.

Always curtious service; which is much appreciated. The food is always outstanding whether from salad bar or meat.
Great service. Amazing food, ask for either chimichurry sauce or jalapeño sauce for your cuts. Management is always on top of the service. And that’s one of the so many things that make this place great.
