My wife and i attended this restaurant celebrating our anniversary we had made a reservations for 9pm and didn’t get seated till 10pm.They sat us all the way in the corner of the backroom of the restaurant where we were constantly ignored and had to ask for main food and sides constantly..Overall experience was a 1 out 10 i wouldn’t recommend coming here for any special occasion. We have recieved grade A experiences at other brazillian steakhouse we thought this was goin to be the same but unfortunately they let us down
I guess we picked a bad time and day. We went on a Saturday night. We were sat literally in the very back in the corner. We barely got any meat and we got full eating mashed potatoes and rolls. I can count on one hand how many times they stopped at our table to offer us meat and it was the same kind. Sirloin. I was very disappointed in how much we spent. $145 for mashed potatoes and rolls.
Been going here for years but recently noticing alot more children , last night i booked a table for me and my wife and eas sat next to a table of six young children sat on there own while the parents were at another bigger table , its hard to enjoy a meal with babies screaming ect , i feelthe managment shoyld take that into consideeation when seati g adults , even though i didnt complain it ruined the experience for us
Had three different waiters and there were only 3 different types of meat going around.
Food wasn’t as good as the best. We felt rushed as we ate. We purchased a bottle of our fav wine to go with dinner. Waitress and Manager kept filling out glasses very quickly. Either they want you to buy a 2nd bottle or want you out so they can flip the table. Felt like a cattle herd. It will be awhile before we go back.
I have eaten here many times, but this time things were not as good as in the past. I don't know if it is due to staff turnover or the time of day, but the overall experience was not very good. I am hopeful this was an anomaly and not the new standard...
i’m still waiting for the manager to call back. my complaints were discussed but i was promised he will call me this morning .
Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and still sat us by the busy isle
The meat was extremely salty((( We said it to the waiters and they said they could make one with light salt, but unfortunately we didn’t want the food anymore(( Salt gave us headache after the dinner
