All the service and the Quality is perfect, I really enjoy every time i went to this restaurant and please taste the Papaya Dessert its wonderfull!!!
Excellent food and service. Very good salad bar including vegetables, cheeses and cold meats. Excellent variety of meat in spades. Very good brands of tequilas and wines.
Food was excellent. Service by our waiter was excellent. Would have preferred to be seated in the main room instead of in the small room we were sat in.
Service was amazing. Our waiter, Forest, was as as cute as a bug in a rug and very attentive! Had a blast with my girlfriends for my bday!
This was the second time we dined there and it was just as awesome as the first time. I love the attention and care the staff exhibited with our service. Both incidents were for birthdays and they were very gracious and classy with our celebration. Will definitely recommend Chama Gaucha to all of my friends.
Overall, this is my husband and I's third visit to Chama Gaucha - we have never been disappointed over anything provided. This visit was my for my Dad's Birthday - and was our treat to him as a gift. My only complaint about this visit was the consistent butting into our conversations, even when our cards were red and we were all obviously just enjoying our time together. We went with 5 kids. They didn't bother t to try and find out their ages, so we were over charged. Everything else was good.
For the money its a great value. The quality of the food is amazing and it keeps coming as long as you want. Great place to take my Son for his birthday. the service is incredible. Will make this a tradition in our family
We’ve been customers at Chama for years. On our most recent visit we noticed a big decline in the quality of their meat. The lower end cuts of meat came around more frequently than the higher quality cuts and the temperature of the meat was either rare or very fatty. I had a whole pile of fat trimmings from the evening on my plate. I also wish they would incorporate better sides other than starches and carbohydrates (all sides are fried potatoes, mashed potatoes, cheese bread, or fried plantains).
