Horrible. Everything was too salty. Salad bar was amazing. The manager brought me unsalted meat but I ate it even though it was unflavored. Ended up very sick till mid Sunday
The food was amazing but I missed out on at least six meats because the servers kept walking past me. Yes, my card was visibly on green!
You’re seated in groups and initially you are treated like a king or queen. Complete attention is given to their guests food and drinks are flowing and then it tapers off and nothing no attention- like we were no longer welcomed there. We asked for a dessert menu it took almost 15 minutes no one checked to see if we wanted to order anything. We finally just asked for our checks
There were a lot of really large parties. It is a really special thing for us to get to go there, but the food and service weren't as good as in the past. We were disappointed. My husband ate mostly salad because the meat we did get was really fatty.
Arrive with reservations and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. This was our second time here and I must say the service this time was very slow. We had to wait 5 minutes to be served meat again after having the hole table with green cards flipped over. Had to continually be asking waiters for new plates. Our table kept running out of the sides. When it came time to pay the waiter added his own 18% gratitude. I did not agree with that due to the lack of service.
The noise was intolerable. You have a lot of business so I cannot imagine you would change anything since it is working but my wife and I will not return for a second visit.
Siempre es un placer comer o cenar en este restaurante. Sin embargo ayer el nivel de atención de las hostess fue bastante malo. Llegamos a la reservación 5 minutos antes de la hora reservada. It took a very long time for the circulation of any meat
I've been here a few times, but the last couple times I noticed the way they speak to their employees is terrible! The time I went before this there was a gentleman training and he was picking up plates etc... from the table and the lady training him was literally yelling at him "THAT'S NOT HOW I TOLD YOU, NOW MOVE THINGS AROUND AND MAYBE YOU COULD FIT EVERYTHING....NO NO NO THAT'S NOT WHAT I SAID DO IT AGAIN".
