The meat was tuff, slim selection, had to wait for meat to come around. Not worth the price.
It was not the best experience, it took forever to get food, the food would come out every 10 minutes or so when all the tables around us kept getting served, the only time we really got food was when we asked our waiter to send more out to us, the couple sitting right next to us were seated after, received food continuously, and were able to pay their bill and leave before we even asked for the check, it was not a great first experience,
Order a drink and took forever to come in. By the time they bring the drink my husband was upset and decided to leave. We left drink full and had to pay full price for it. Not nice.
They just have about 4 kinds of meat when I come. The meat is not hot also. The service as not good as before. I would try different place .
When they're busy they have a night and day difference in service. I've never had to ask so many times for certain cuts of meat. One of the kids working with the skewers brought out a medium well filet with no pink to be found. I asked for medium rare. He brings out the next skewer of filet with perfect medium rare pieces. Too packed and waited almost an hour with a reservation. Won’t be going back. The crowd has changed quite a bit. Doesn’t feel like a fine dining experience anymore. More like a amped up sizzlers. Really a shame since the food is good. With that said for the money I spend there I expect a more elevated experience along with good food.
We had a very good time. The food was great! The service was top-notch. I can not stress how great the service was. We've eaten at many restaurants in many states. Good service is something we value a lot. Chama Gaucha has the best service we've encounteted. We will definitely come back.
We had a great time. Felt a little rushed with how quickly they were bringing the cuts. It was a busy Valentines weekend so there was lots of energy. The wait staff were kind and didn’t rush us themselves. Best meal in town!
The place is very loud and expensive. The food is ok but not worth the noise and cost.
