Will not be back. Overpriced and crammed. The meat was good but the salad bar was just OK. Not a lot of options if you have food allergies. They did not honor our reservation time and the front desk hostess was rude.
Had to wait for 30 minutes past my reservation. What is the point of a reservation and still waiting?

The service tanked the whole experience. Went in to celebrate my wife’s 27th birthday. The greeting at the door was great, smiling hosts and warm welcome. The server started decent but slowly started to declined. It started feeling like he was avoiding our table completely. I didn’t want to cause a scene or make the situation worse. I was able to talk to a manager at the host stand and he reassured me that the server was in the wrong.
I was surprised our server was not attentive at all. I had to ask for a new plates for sides for more drinks. Had to catch her when we saw her or anyone. It might have been because it was moderatly busy. Hate to think that the quality of service falters when they are "busy". But defiantly understandable, just disappointing. I love this place.
Who the hell brings screaming kids here??? Get a babysitter. Not restaurant’s fault.
I don’t usually write bad reviews unless something is really wrong. For the money we spent, I don’t feel we got the experience that we should have from such a high quality place. It started with them questioning if I had a reservation, after I mentioned it twice that it was booked on open table. We then got a table in the very back of a room— literally the last table shoved into a corner. We have been to Chamagaucha many times, but Sunday’s experience was not what we anticipated. Server was lacking in personality and warmth. When meat service began it took quite a while to have someone visit our table. We will go back because we truly do love Chamagaucha and hopefully the overall service will be much improved.
HAD TO WAIT WAY TO LONG FOR MEAT CHOICE. AT END I GAVE UP. MAN GAVE ME $50 GIFT CARD. BUT RATHER HAVE GOOD SERVICE
