Ive had a really great experience living here so far at Flat at ******. The apartment itself is high quality with beautiful finisheseverything feels modern, well-built, and thoughtfully designed. I cant say enough good things about ***** at *********** at ************. My car was completely stuck in a mound of snow, and despite my best effortsjumping in and out of the car just to warm upI was getting nowhere. I was cold, frustrated, and just about ready to give up and call off work.Then, like an *****, ***** appeared on a golf cart with a shovel and a broom. In a matter of minutes, my car was on the road. They also were very patient and answered any questions I had. You would never even know they had been there when they left. My experience living at the Heights at ***************** has been great. I have decided to stay for another lease term! They are super resident focused. Their onsite management team, ***** and *****, are friendly, helpful and care about the residents experience living here. Maintenance staff is excellent. ****** and ****. Super quick response. Putting in a ticket is easy on line. They often arrange community events like food trucks, raffles etc. Their amenities like the gym, courtyard and pool are all kept very nice and tidy... read more
