I've had the best experience here! All of the staff are super friendly, especially ***** I haven't really had any issues except for one small maintenance request which was handled the same day. All in all, I would definitely recommend this complex

This organization has/owns many housing communities that offer a comfortable and great homes / apartments to rent with amazing facilities at reasonable and competitive rates. Management staff is also friendly and knowledgeable and helpful with any queries about moving.

Ive been a Champion Properties tenant for over six yearsfirst at Duncan Park, then District at Tuttlemostly for my dogs comfort. Looking back, I regret staying this long.Maintenance teams at both locations were excellent. Fast, courteous, and reliable. They deserve five stars.But management has been disappointingespecially corporate. Ive dealt with ignored complaints about neighbors dumping liquids and trash onto my patio, pressure during lease renewals (like losing gym access when I asked for more time), and two AC outages ... read more
