Ive been a Champion Properties tenant for over six yearsfirst at Duncan Park, then District at Tuttlemostly for my dogs comfort. Looking back, I regret staying this long.Maintenance teams at both locations were excellent. Fast, courteous, and reliable. They deserve five stars.But management has been disappointingespecially corporate.
