I want to first start off by saying ***** the manager and the rest of the staff at the office have been wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and extremely helpful! They have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and i really appreciate it. The maintenance staff are great as well :-) Champion has done a complete overhaul of this property and it looks gorgeous! I recently moved into one of the 2 bedroom apartments and I absolutely love it! I highly recommend moving here :)

I really enjoy living at ************************* for many reasons.* Great Location in the *******, New Albany, Easton area with shopping and restaurants galore.*Beautiful just remodeled Apts. with upscale decor, stainless steel kitchen appliances with included washer/dryer *Laminate wood flooring and new carpeting ******** Schools for the kids *Semi private streets and no through traffic *Great Maintenance staff who are attentive and in most cases provide same day service *Best of all a great office staff that make you fee... read more

I've had the best experience here! All of the staff are super friendly, especially ***** I haven't really had any issues except for one small maintenance request which was handled the same day. All in all, I would definitely recommend this complex

This organization has/owns many housing communities that offer a comfortable and great homes / apartments to rent with amazing facilities at reasonable and competitive rates. Management staff is also friendly and knowledgeable and helpful with any queries about moving.
