I moved in 9 months ago and recently renewed for another lease. The office staff is friendly and professional. The initial move in was smooth and easy. The renewal was a breeze as well. Despite many residents having pets, I rarely hear any noise and the area around my building is clean and well kept. Noise is rarely an issue, and during the winter so far, I have seen staff laying down salt on the walkways and maintaining the area. The staff here is truly exceptional. From the time of my first visit, to the day I moved in has been such a great process. Ive been at ********* at ******* for 3 years and its a great place to live. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the neighbors are always nice, and the grounds are always kept clean. The clubhouse always offers different monthly ******************* for its residents as well as seasonal thank yous for us as well. Its a great place to live.

Living at Caldera for the last 4 years has been fantastic! The property is beautifully maintained with great amenities that make it a joy to live here. The staff is super kind and responsive, and the community is warm and welcoming. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home!

Residences of ******* has been a great place to live. The team (special shout outs to ***** and *****) have been very communicative, friendly and quick to respond to maintenance issues. The amenities are excellent, and the building is well-maintained and clean. I would highly recommend.

We needed an apartment for six months for an executive transition. The Heights seemed to be just right in location, with great unit layout, furniture rental through Cort and various amenities to be enjoyed. **** and ******* have been wonderful, easy to work with and knowledgeable. I think this will prove to be a great space for both our current and future executive.

I loved living here(1 bed, 1 bath option). I have lived here since 2019, and the apartment complex, definitely have saw a lot of changes. The staff at Oak Creek are exceptionally helpful and very responsive. *****, ****, ****** all deserve shoutouts. They are the best staff members I have seen in 5 years of living there. The apartment is priced very reasonably and beats the way more expensive competition that are newer, the hotel style building apartments and even Lake Club right across the road.
