Steve P arrived at our location on time, measured the windows to be replaced, was very knowledgeable and courteous, answered our questions, gave us a completed quote and timeframe for work to be done, we were very satisfied and signed the contract that day. Look forward to having these quality windows installed.
Champion has already installed the majority of my windows in the last few years. Everything has always gone smoothly from initial visit all the way to installation! They show up on time and the installers do a great job from start to finish. Since I have gotten my windows I really had a great reduction in heat and air conditioning bills!!!!
Presentation was very professional and easy to understand .. salesperson was very courteous and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable and not pressured .. overall great experience !!
I could not believe the difference in how much heat gets through our old windows and how well the Champion Window blocks heat. I appreciate the no-nonsense warranty- if it breaks they cover it. Period.
So far they have been very informative and kept me updated on whats going on. Waiting now for them to install my windows.
Representatives have been knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, easy to understand and on time for appointments.
Product looks really great on paper. Compared to other installers and manufacturers, they are a long term company with good customer support. Their prices seemed more reasonable and I am using the no interest payments. I had a sunroom installed by them and they were great with that almost 16 years ago!! I would highly recommend their company and products.
This was only based on the sales experience. Installation has not happened yet.
