Both the salesperson and the measuring team arrived promptly as scheduled. Both seemed very knowledgeable about their product, and were professional and friendly. After making several calls and talking with many people about replacing a large, solarium type window, we felt Champion is the only company that could give us what we were truly looking for. We hope we are as happy with the installation and end product.
So far the only thing I have had done is the initial salesperson who sold me on the 3 season porch and the initial measurements. They are ***** weeks out on install so I cant give more feedback than this at the moment.
Salesman was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I hope the installation will go as well. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.
The sales person was very professional, courteous and would take the time to make sure to answer any question that you would have. The windows have very good quality to them. I would recommend them to my friends.
The process has been great so far! Our salesman ****, went out of his way to assist us and answer all of our questions. Had multiple quotes and this was the most reasonable as well. Would recommend champion windows to others!
