Sales rep was well spoken and understood all aspects of the product. He listened and adjusted as needed to create what I wanted within my budget. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. I'm looking forward to a continued great experience moving forward.

Beautiful window installation. Installer was professional, and kept all apointments.
Mixed Feelings.The windows product itself is great. However, our entire experience has been very frustrating. After the sales person "sold" us the idea, got out downpayment, and sent someone to measure (about a week after), we did not hear from them for about 2 months. Then we started calling and calling and calling. Finally we received word that they would install the windows. Nobody came on the appointed date. ****** was prompt and knowledgeable payed out all options for our windows and sliding glass door.Glad we chose Champion. We also contacted a competitor and never heard back from them.
Our sales representative was excellent! He was very attentive and did a great presentation on the windows! We felt very comfortable having him in our home and look forward to getting our new windows through Champion.
From start to finish everything that was explained happened. I think they were a bit pricey for my over all budget. Installers where on time, completed work in a good amount of time allowed me to inspect their work before they left. Love my windows
