Great presentation and ******* was very friendly, helpful, and professional.
I have already purchased 6 replacement windows and 3 more yet to be done. I can't say how pleased i am with service, ******* and skills of the men who replaced them. I love these windows.

The sales rep/factory/factory rep (******************)was very professional, friendly and through in his presentation. We are now waiting for the remeasure and have not had our new windows installed yet so I will update this reviews once our new windows are installed.
Rob was punctual, which is a plus in my book. He was very knowledgeable about his product and explained things in easy to understand language. I was impressed with his demonstration of the temperature and uv protection. Also, he suggested different ways to go that would bring down the cost of the job but yet would still look good with the rest of the house. In all, I thought it was a very informative presentation. I especially liked the warranty on the windows.

***** was extremely patient with us and our 1 year old daughter. He was professional, friendly and extremely informative. He was upfront and honest about all aspects of his product as well.
