The representative was detailed but not completely up to date with the market for materials. However, Champion is about 30% higher in cost than the other estimates we've received. Products are great though. We have Champion windows throughout the house.
Deb (my sales rep) was amazing! She was super knowledgeable, personable, yet always professional. The pricing is also great, and we're now thinking about ordering new windows for my mom's house too.
