I have only gone through the sales process at this point but it was a very good experience. No high pressure “sell”, good info about the company and their manufacturing and delivery processes. Hoping the install process is quick and uneventful.

Sales person is great. Trying to get anyone on the phone is an exercise in frustration. They call and leave messages during business hours when I cannot talk. Then I can't get the right person on the phone. But Steve the salesman was very personable.

My husband and I are installing Champion Windows in our new home. The home we rented prior had Champion Windows and we had zero issues. We're looking forward to having them installed in our home and really appreciated Andrew (as well as Mark's) time and expertise.
