Professional and personable salesperson. Knew the product and, more importantly, knew when to listen rather than talk. The salesperson is why I chose this company, even when other window companies cost less.

Update: The office of this company seems to be incapable of communicating and organizing. They continually called to schedule a final measure when I was at work and unable to call back. When I did return the calls, no one answered. After I called and threatened to stop payment on the first half of the payment, I received a call from Erin. We scheduled the appt. The sales rep (Michael) was professional and took time to answer our questions and gave us honest opinions. The price point was on par with other companies but we chose Champion based on quality and reputation.

Ryan gave us an estimate on a 3-season room and window replacements. He was a true professional. Explained everything in detail and provided comparisons to other companies providing the same service. We decided on Champion because they manufacture the products they install--no middleman. Follow-on appointments for final measurements were also completed in a timely manner. Lad came over and measured out areas, provided an assessment, went over the company and reviewed products. Very educated on providing feedback and options. The quote offered was a little over the planned budget so Lad allowed review of options to bring cost down. Very collaborative and informative. Greatly appreciated.
