Champion set my appointment/ consult for the very next day and were on time. Courteous and knowledgeable, Matt S**** was on it. Although still in the quote gathering process, I wasn’t ready to make the purchase, but couldn’t pass up the deal Ralph, Matt and I worked out....cutting other companies bids in half while providing the same quality and warranty at an even earlier install date. A great company to work with.

The sales representative (Mark K**** from Champion Windows of Columbia) assigned to provide me with an estimate for a sunroom was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely believe in the product he was selling. He also patiently answered all of my questions satisfactorily. I signed a contract on December 26, 2020 and I am currently waiting to hear from someone from Champion to schedule the final re-measurements.
