Andrew did a great presentation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The warranty and product is very important to us. Champion has them both. There was no pressure which was very important. We were only going to get information and decide later. We ended up buying windows and added a door also. Great customer services. Ramon was my representative. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He explained the different types of windows offered and which one would be most cost effective (which was very important to me). He measured the windows and said another person would also come to measure again to ensure the correct measurement. That person called and came earlier than planned. Ramon was a pleasure to work with and very professional. Looking forward to having my new window installed.

Marty was right on time for our appointment. He presented our options after measuring windows - no high pressure. He is very friendly and professional. We enjoyed having him in our home. We placed our order. Within three days the service department rep came by to get a final measurement. We are looking forward to new windows soon!

I had looked at many window companies. Champion is the ONLY window company with a true lifetime guarantee on their windows. They were also the most thorough in explaining their windows, how they will keep heat in and the cold out. My sales rep was on time, prepared, professional and spent a good amount of time answering our questions. If you are in Cincinnati and you aren't using them, you better make the call.
