Starting with Alan the sales rep., he did an outstanding job of presenting the product. He is responsive and it was a pleasure working with him. Of the 3 companies I received quotes from, Champion brought actual product and the demonstration showed them to be the best value. Danny then came out to micro-measure and he too was professional and his measurements were spot-on. Rich and Richie did the installation. They were awesome and were able to install in one day. Andrew did a great presentation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The warranty and product is very important to us. Champion has them both. There was no pressure which was very important. We were only going to get information and decide later. We ended up buying windows and added a door also. Great customer services. Even amidst a global pandemic, they provided superior service, product, installation, and follow up. Great company! Ramon was my representative. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He explained the different types of windows offered and which one would be most cost effective (which was very important to me). He measured the windows and said another person would also come to measure again to ensure the correct measurement. That person called and came earlier than planned. Ramon was a pleasure to work with and very professional. Looking forward to having my new window installed.

Marty was right on time for our appointment. He presented our options after measuring windows - no high pressure. He is very friendly and professional. We enjoyed having him in our home. We placed our order. Within three days the service department rep came by to get a final measurement. We are looking forward to new windows soon!
