We worked with salesman, Charles C***. We found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He worked to ensure we were pleased customers. Charles’ presentation was to be commended. He answered all of our questions. Charles is truly an asset to Champion Windows. We will recommend the company to family and friends. Champions’ prices are fair and the product is high quality. Ramone was very professional and polite. We gave him our budget and he was able to get close to our number. Great discounts including senior and veterans. Windows seem like high quality. Wont be installed until February so will see if we made the right chouce then

Ramon was very knowledgeable, and answered all questions we had. He was very down to earth and was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He followed all Covid safety guidelines. Corey was a great salesman and gave an informative presentation. I wasn’t planning on ordering the windows the same day but the deal he offered could not be passed up. Looking forward to getting our windows and door installed.

Starting with Alan the sales rep., he did an outstanding job of presenting the product. He is responsive and it was a pleasure working with him. Of the 3 companies I received quotes from, Champion brought actual product and the demonstration showed them to be the best value. Danny then came out to micro-measure and he too was professional and his measurements were spot-on. Rich and Richie did the installation. They were awesome and were able to install in one day. Andrew did a great presentation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The warranty and product is very important to us. Champion has them both. There was no pressure which was very important. We were only going to get information and decide later. We ended up buying windows and added a door also. Great customer services.
