The gentleman who came out to do our quote was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a budget we needed to stay under and he made it happen.

The sales representative (Mark K**** from Champion Windows of Columbia) assigned to provide me with an estimate for a sunroom was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely believe in the product he was selling. He also patiently answered all of my questions satisfactorily. I signed a contract on December 26, 2020 and I am currently waiting to hear from someone from Champion to schedule the final re-measurements.

I submitted a request for a bid from 5 window companies. Champion reached out immediately to schedule my consultation. Will is our representative that came to our home. He was respectful, kind, informative and patient with all our questions. He educated us on differences in window quality and insulation without any “selling”. I had siding installed recently. Even though the weather was cold, the installers finished the job as if it were summer. They were very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Champion for siding. **** ********
