My husband and I had a great experience with representative Marty S**** with Champion windows and doors. Being in need of windows and doors we had a little anxiety But It was soon gone after Marty took his time explaining the products We needed and listening to our concerns and questions. Great customer service. I cancelled my original appointment for estimate on a sunroom and didn’t plan on rescheduling anytime soon. Champion contacted me and asked me if I’d like to reschedule so I did, mainly because they were able to come out on a Saturday. Referred to us by a friend, and resent Champion Windows customer. Mark U******** came to our home and layed out the process of purchasing new windows. Detailed step by step information, price, Installation, and warranty. The wife would have prefered new floors, but after hearing from Mark and seeing Champion Windows. We decided to go with new windows. Best decision we ever made! We love our new WINDOWS. The wife loves watching the wildlife through her large 50/25 picture window.
