I made an appointment in July and received a call from Champion asking me if I could change the appointment date to the next day because there was no one available and I said yes, but the Sales Representative did not come nor did they call. I was somewhat disturbed, but I contacted Champion again and the next appointment they could give me was September 3rd. The customer rep, apologized and told me they would still honor the promotion. Our sales representative was great! He was so friendly, courteous,and highly understanding to meet our desires in a front door unit. I think Champion Window Company should be extremely proud to have him as a consultant. Very professional!

So far, I've only dealt with the sales rep and the two that verified measurements. As for the sales rep, I was happy with what has been set up. He was patient with repeat questions and was knowledgeable enough to answer them. He told us our options with no pressure. Windows aren't something I really wanted to buy, but he made it as painless as possible. I liked they had a different group remeasure. Another pair of eyes are nice to ensure the success of this transaction.

Tim B****** came to our home in North Carolina on short notice to tell us about sunroom options available from Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of Raleigh. We were pleased with his presentation and his manner. Tim is a credit to Champion as a sales person and representative. We did not feel pressured by him, but we did sign a conditional contract because he answered all of our questions plainly, honestly, and clearly. Once again, Camille and Champion took care of business! I’m in the process of building a 10’ x 14’ shed and we decided to clad the outside of the shed with the same siding that’s on our house for aesthetics. My wife and I had our whole house done in Champion board and batten siding about two years ago and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
