We have spent a LOT of $ with them. The windows replacement was GREAT! On time, professional, couldn't ask for more. However, the sunroom is a different story. The sunroom itself is great - quality is good & I have no complaint there. 1. We asked in mid-April when they would start the room because we wanted to plan our vacation, we were told mid-June. We rearranged & planned our summer accordingly. However no one showed up in June, no one called, & when we called we were sent to voicemail. Started mid-July. So much for plann... read more

Sales pitch was professional. Seemed like good, quality windows. Didn't appreciate the pressure at the end where if I didn't sign at that time, I wouldn't get the same price. We informed the sales person we had another quote to consider, but he couldn't promise we'd get the same price if we waited less than 12 hours to sign. We did sign the next day and they said 6-8 weeks.
